The Chairman, who is also of the Company’s Chief Executive, backed by two Executive Directors and Senior Managers, as the Management Team; and a Guarding; Cleaning and Laundry Staff compliment of 62, including Mobile Patrol Supervisors, Key Holding; Vehicle Immobilization; Cleaning and Laundry Processing Personnel, manages our day-to-day operations.

Interaction between the Management Team is very effective and fluid with the management themselves not averse to deployment when necessary. All deployed officers are drawn from a pool of approved and appropriately licensed officers, who are vetted in accordance with BS 7858:2006.

All active sites are regularly visited, and relations with Clients, Consumers and deployed Staff are excellent. Customer complaints are rare; hence, our Customers satisfaction is rated high. All our services tailored to meet and/or exceed the requirements of standards BS 7499:2007, BS 7958:2005 and BS 7984:2001, as read with other Industry specific regulations.

We have an additional support 24hr/7day a week, ably manned Control Room at Wigham House, that serves as back-up to deployed field personnel anytime of the day and is equipped with the latest Over-C NFC Monitoring System to compliment Mobile Patrols, for our customer’s peace of mind.
